Payment Schedule |
|
 |
The construction
cost will be born by the member as per above mentioned schedule,
whereas land will be the provided by the government as gift to
its employees. The part payment of 50% construction cost will be
made through monthly pay bills. This amount will be collected by
the office of the A.G. Sindh and the concerned District Accounts
Officers through monthly pay bills of each member of the
foundation and will remitted to the foundation account on
monthly basis. For the convenience of members, their details of
collection will be available on Website of the foundation.
The construction
cost from the recognized member of the foundation will be
collected as per following schedule within 20 years.

Land Bank |
 |
For housing colonies projects a
land bank will also be established from the following sources:

Land provided by the Sindh
Government free of cost
-
Land procured from the
disposal of commercial land available in the projects /
colonies;
-
land procured from private
sector through Bank Loan;

Development Work |
 |
Foundations will carryout
entire development work according to prevailing market
procedure. Site plan / map, planning & development will be made
under the supervision of professional consultants and builders.
The civic amenities like Mosque, Commercial centre, Community
Centre, Dispensary, School & wide play ground is a compulsory
component in each project / colony. |

Procedure for
Allotment of House |
 |
Under this scheme constructed
house will be provided to a civil servant on his retirement. In
case of death of a member the allotment will be made to his
succession family / heirs. The entire exercise will be done in
transparent manners and seniority will be mention from the date
of retirement. |

Maintenance of Project |
 |
There
a union / association will be constituted for proper security
and maintenance of the constructed house in each colony /
project. |
