This court is constituted under the Labour Laws
firstly it was established under the provision
of Industrial Relation Ordinance 1969, then it
was repealed as IRO 2002, and at present is
functioning under Industrial Relation Act-2008.
This court is established on Division level as
consisted upon the territorial jurisdiction of
five districts i-e Larkana, Kamber-Shahdad Kot,
Shukarpur, Jacobabad and Kashmore. |
