b)        Operation, maintenance, development and management of surface drainage system 

           and tube wells

c)         Flood control along River Indus and hill torrents.

 Power

 A.       Administration of Electricity Act 1910 and other acts on the subject. (Theft of 

           electricity).

B.        Grant and revocation of licenses of electric supply companies and individuals for 

           undertaking electrification.

 C.       Assessment and collection of taxes and electricity duty under the Sindh Finance Act

           1964.

D.        Licensing Authority for Power Generation up to 50 MW.
