DIRECTORATE OF
RECLAMATION & PROBATION |
The
Directorate considers release on parole of all
such prisoners who are capable of leading a
Productive life as a useful citizen.
Presently 65
are released on parole.
There are two
types of parole for release of prisoners from
jail :
Parole under
Good Conduct Prisoners Probational Release Act
1926.
Parole
(temporary) under Rule-223-A Pakistan Prison
Rules.

DIRECTORATE OF
CIVIL DEFENCE |
The
Directorate of Civil Defence is called in times
of emergency in aid of other law enforcement
agencies. Their services are utilized in times
of natural calamities such as earthquake,
floods, epidemics and fires.
The
organization is headed by a Director who is
assisted by an Assistant Director and Razakars.
