To create
capacity that would strengthen the Education
department’s capacity to formulate and review
and revise education strategy based on a
continuous stream of updated school
information system based on the availability
of organized data base.

To
install a well-integrated and functional
monitoring system through an institutional
tracking system for tracking the out reach of
incentives; keeping track of the education
outcomes and indicators.
·
The
Unit's areas of expertise would include data
collection, data analysis, and its
institutionalized use in policy and strategy
design,
·
Coordination of policy implementation in
partnership with public and private agencies
including federal government, district
governments, donors, non-governmental
organizations etc.
