CULTURAL ACTIVITIES 

Since,last three years the department is organizing Sindh Cultural pavilionfor 

promotion of Sindh Province Cultural Heritage in Basant Mela at Lahore. Apart

from other cultural activities the following events are regular features of 

the Department:

  Urs of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai
  (To hold Adabi Conference & Folk musical functions)
  Urs of Hazrat Sachal Sarmast at Daraga Sharif
  District Khairpur Mir’s
  Urs of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar at Sehwan
  (Organized in coordination with Distt. Government)
  Fabrication of Cultural Float on Pakistan Day Parade on 23rd march every 

  year. To organize Sindh Cultural Pavilion in Basant Mela at Lahore.
